Located in Portland’s vibrant Slabtown neighborhood, our showroom serves homeowners, contractors, architects, designers, and landscape professionals throughout the Pacific Northwest. The space showcases modern masonry and hardscape design while also serving as a gathering place for meetings, trainings, and industry events within the local design community.This is a full-time, onsite position Monday through Friday. The role combines showroom support with customer care and inside sales responsibilities, including assisting customers with product information, order placement, availability, delivery coordination, and general customer support. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, stays organized, and takes initiative. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales support, or inside sales is preferred. Interest in design, construction, architecture, or building materials is a plus.Mutual Materials’ purpose is Building Beauty that Lasts.
