Director of Business Development

A growing post-acute care organization is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives and expand hospital referral partnerships across key markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional who thrives on relationship-building, business development, and driving census growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral partners. Increase admissions by identifying and converting new referral opportunities. Execute strategic business development plans that drive sustainable census growth. Maintain a strong presence in the healthcare community through networking, outreach, and relationship management. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand referral pipelines. Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to ensure exceptional customer experience and seamless patient transitions. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, admissions, marketing, or hospital liaison roles. Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to develop referral relationships and consistently achieve growth goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-focused with a passion for growing business.
