Powered by people, we bring over 45 years of expertise, quality, and integrity to every project, ensuring timeliness, responsiveness, and a focus on client success.Primary ResponsibilitiesReport directly to SPM/PM for your projectProcess RFIs and SubmittalsPerform Job set-up (non-financial)Assist with close out processPost plan changes (PR, RFP, ASI, Addenda, bulletins)Compile and submit subcontractor pricing (after review by SPM/PM)Lead subcontractor preconstruction meetingsLead Owner/Architect/Consultant meetingsLead coordination and final coordination meeting on storm shelters if requiredComplete coordination with major tradesReview subcontractors pay applicationsAssemble owner billingsAssist with buying out subcontractsAssist with putting together subcontract documentsAttend and help estimating during bid daysBase knowledge of project financialsKnowledge of construction sequencingOther tasks as assignedRequired Skills & ExpectationsTeam PlayerLearn and GrowTeachableMinimum 20 hrs of Continued Education (yearly)Positive AttitudeInternal and external customer serviceBase knowledge of Microsoft ApplicationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor of Construction Science preferred2-4 years in construction field serving onsite as Project Engineer or in similar APM role
