Candidates must be licensed and in good standing to practice in Illinois. Duties Advise employers on compliance and risk management regarding employment issues. Draft and review employment-related policies and agreements. Collaborate with transactional teams on employment and executive compensation matters. Assist with employee benefits and executive compensation programs. Draft responses to administrative charges and support mediation efforts. Manage or assist with employment litigation in state and federal courts. Conduct legal research and draft memos and litigation briefs. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing in Illinois. Approximately 3 years of attorney experience. 1-2 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines. Professional judgment and client-service mindset. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
