Adult Residential Support Professional

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) Location: Fahrman Center, a 42-bed residential treatment facility for adults in recovery. Responsibilities: Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents maintain professional boundaries observe, document, and report behaviors support treatment goals respond to crises monitor medications assist with daily activities transport residents conduct urinalyses and breathalyzer tests facilitate educational groups ensure confidentiality attend meetings and trainings Qualifications: High school diploma or GED valid driver’s license pass background and medical clearances strong communication and teamwork skills ability to maintain boundaries Preferred Skills: Experience in substance use or behavioral health coursework in related fields DHS 83 training or ability to complete it Work Environment: Residential setting with physical activity; outdoor supervision; local travel required.
