Adult Residential Support Professional

Role Overview Seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to work in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males. Responsibilities Support residents through supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching in a structured environment. Monitor and document resident progress, assist with treatment plans, medication management, and daily activities. Transport residents, facilitate educational and life-skills activities, and respond to emergencies. Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience in human services or related fields preferred.
