Full-Time, Hourly Position

Position Summary

CRA is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating production and installation schedules while serving as a central point of communication among customers, installers, subcontractors, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing changing priorities, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-paced environment. This individual should bring a positive attitude to work each day, take ownership of their responsibilities, and recognize how effective scheduling contributes to a positive experience for both our customers and field teams.

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain production and installation schedules across multiple product lines.
• Schedule jobs based on project readiness, crew availability, materials, permitting status, and operational priorities.
• Confirm that job information, documentation, materials, and customer details are complete and accurate before scheduling.
• Communicate appointment details, schedule changes, delays, and other updates promptly to customers, installers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor scheduled projects and follow up proactively to help keep work progressing as planned.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or potential delays and work collaboratively with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling information in NetSuite FSM and other company systems.
• Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns while providing timely and accurate information.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Sales, Permitting, and other departments to support an efficient workflow.
• Assist with process improvements and other company initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
• Previous experience in scheduling, construction, customer service, operations, dispatching, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using NetSuite, an ERP system, field service management software, or scheduling software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
