Lead Salesforce Integration Remote

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Technical Lead to join a high-performing team focused on delivering scalable, enterprise‑grade integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions across enterprise systems Architect and develop API‑led integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware platforms Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams Oversee end‑to‑end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integration solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data flow issues Drive best practices around code quality, documentation, and governance Support CI/CD processes and environment management Required Qualifications Strong experience with Salesforce platform , including integration architecture Proven background leading complex system integrations in enterprise environments Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration patterns Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar) Solid understanding of data modeling, transformation, and ETL concepts Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce development best practices Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with API management and microservices architecture Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Prior experience in a technical lead or architect capacity Contract engagement with potential for extension or long‑term opportunity Remote flexibility with occasional collaboration as needed Fast‑moving team with immediate project impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
