Job Description & Requirements RN Case Manager Start Date: 7/27/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00 Position Summary – RN Case Manager Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning. Minimum Required Qualifications FL/compact RN license BLS 2 years case management experience in an acute hospital setting Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90‑day break Length of Assignment 24 weeks Shift / Hours Per Week 8A-4:30P with every other weekend Start Date ASAP Facility Location Boasting world‑class beaches, a scenic harbor, barrier islands and year‑round blue skies, Tampa offers all the attractions of a sunny, welcoming coastal destination.
