Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid response assessments and interventions for urgent patient needs.
• Manage IV insertion, Foley catheter insertion, and NG tube insertion procedures.
• Assist providers with emergency department procedures common to the ED setting.
• Conduct point of care lab tests and manage respiratory equipment in patient care.
• Float to main emergency department as needed, adapting to various environments.
• Document patient care using Meditech in compliance with facility standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Certifications in TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIHSS required.
• Proficiency with emergency procedures such as IV, Foley, and NG tube insertion.
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, utilizing AIDET, SBAR, and patient-centered care methodologies.
• Must possess a positive, flexible, team-oriented personality with strong critical thinking skills.
