Also importing layout, animation, and lighting shots.Importing, logging and prepping dialogue recordings for editors: scratch dialogue, production recording sessions and ADR.Outputting movie files for various uses including turnovers for sound department, digital intermediate, and music departments.Organizing sound effects and music.Assisting the editors with Avid builds in preparation for screenings and QC of outputs.Publishing to production, including managing EDLs and change notes.Providing information to production that is timely and accurate.Assisting in Retake Sessions as required.Uploading needed screeners onto PIXRequired Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 2 years experience in animation editorial.High degree of proficiency in Avid Media Composer.Excellent organization skills with great attention to detail.Understanding of feature animation pipeline and workflows.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working under tight schedules.Strong teammate with good interpersonal and interpersonal skills.Preferred QualificationsAfter Effects, Photoshop, ProTools experience a plus.Job LocationThis is a fully on-site role based in Glendale, CAThe pay rate for this role in California is $53.40 to $56.07 per hour, which follows the pay scale agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
