Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic, growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls and reach out to customers who have expressed an interest in our products, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Answer incoming calls and reach out to customers who have shown an interest in our products promptly and professionally, utilizing effective phone etiquette

• Schedule appointments creating a positive experience for our customers

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our computerized system

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Stay informed about company updates, product changes, and industry trends

• Maintain and respond to email professionally

Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• One (1) year experience in call center or customer service role

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and using various software applications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively

• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues efficiently

Hours

• Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
