Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday shift.Under the supervision of the Supervisor or Manager, be able to complete installation on all Light & Wonder Equipment and accessories. Perform basic troubleshooting techniques resolving problems in most Light & Wonder equipment in our facility, or at the customers location. If you are ready to play… come join us and let’s make games!In this Customer facing role you will....Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM’s (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG’s (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications.Ensure proper operations of the EGM’s, and ETG’s via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing.Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM’s status.Where applicable, assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order.Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standardsComplete required maintenance records in a clear and precise mannerComplete detailed daily/weekly tech logsAdhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures.Follow L&W's safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, and electricity)Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition.Stay current with all Light & Wonder Field Advisories and eLearning.QualificationsQualifications:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have and maintain a valid driver’s license or state identificationAbility to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as requiredMust be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distancesTransport heavy equipment using proper moving devicesDemonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power toolsDemonstrate basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operationDemonstrate basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manualsWith limited or no supervision be able to prepare conversion projects or installationsAbility to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externallyBasic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devicesBasic knowledge of current Light & Wonder gaming devices to the assembly levelBasic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshootingAbility to perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly levelAbility to work with others to accomplish business objectivesGood interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)Good customer service skillsGood problem solving skillsTravel requirements may include working at other facilities within our departmentPay:The pay for this role is in the $27/hr range with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time, sign pay, and on-call pay .
