Shift: Variable shifts including 10-hour days Monday-Thursday, 8-hour weekend shifts, 16-hour night coverage with no call

Hours/week: 40-48 hours

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certs: Must be NNP Board Certified

Experience: 2+ years as an NNP required, no new graduates or locums

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level-III NICU within a designated pediatric hospital
• Monitor and support critically ill newborns requiring high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapies
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and experienced neonatal nurse practitioners
• Assist with clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient management
• Participate in clinical research and teaching activities linked to Mercer Medical School
• Ensure compliance with hospital and neonatal care standards
• Support high-quality family-centered care

What You Need

• Valid NNP (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner) certification (FNP or PNP not accepted)
• At least 2 years of current NNP experience (excluding RN time)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible variable shifts and handle high-pressure situations
