Overview Position: Speech Language Pathologist Location: 755 E McDowell Rd First Floor Phoenix AZ 85006 Incentives: $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Compensation: Salaried, starting at $78,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Phoenix. We are looking for an experienced Speech‑Language Pathologist with a strong background in treating cognitive‑communication, speech/language, swallowing, and voice disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience or clinical exposure in an outpatient and/or neuro‑based setting and value collaboration within the SLP department and with an interdisciplinary therapy team. Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals. Qualifications Meet American Speech‑Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
