Key Qualifications:

• Active and current licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon (SLP-CCC preferred)
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Ability to work confidently across K-12 grade levels and adapt to multiple building environments
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and regularly update families and staff
• Offer consultative support to teachers and other staff regarding speech/language needs
• Foster a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for students to develop communication skills
