Key qualifications and experience desired:

• Hold active licensure as an SLP, with CCC required
• Demonstrated experience delivering speech-language services in school settings (K-12 preferred)
• Familiarity with best practices for managing manageable, low-behavior caseloads
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple buildings as part of an education team
• Commitment to engaging positively with students, staff, and families

Position responsibilities will include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments and providing direct therapy services
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring IEP goals and progress
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster student success
• Maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to district, state, and federal guidelines
• Engaging in regular communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
