Account Executive- Amazon

Role Description You live and breathe sales. To you, every random person you meet is a potential prospect, and you simply don't know how to take "no" for an answer. Are you an aggressive, high-energy sales closer tired of selling bloated $10k/month agency retainers? Are you watching clients churn because human execution simply can't keep up with Amazon's pace and shrinking margins? It's time to stop selling hours and start selling the future.

What You'll Do:

• Hunt & Drive Revenue: Prospect, pitch, and close mid-market Amazon sellers. You will be responsible for flipping brands from traditional agencies or in-house manual teams to Atomic One's AI.
• Run Consultative Demos: Conduct live audits and demonstrate exactly how our autonomous agents outpace human management on margin growth, TACoS optimization, and inventory control.
• Overcome Objections: Use your relentless drive to handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, and close deals.
• Own the Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from cold outbound outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
• Travel to Win: Hit the road to attend major industry events (Prosper Show, Amazon unBoxed, etc.), trade shows, and on-site meetings to shake hands and close enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• Hardcore Sales Background Needed: A proven track record in B2B sales is strictly required. You must have experience carrying a quota, hunting for new business, and closing deals.
• The "Hunter" DNA: You are relentlessly persistent, obsessed with your pipeline, and view every conversation as a networking and prospecting opportunity.
• Amazon Fluency: 1–3+ years of experience selling inside a top Amazon agency, brand, or marketplace SaaS company.
• Platform Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Seller Central, Amazon advertising metrics (ACOS/TACoS), catalog optimization, and brand P&L structures.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel regularly for client meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• Location: Based in the US. (Miami, FL is strongly preferred, but we are open to exceptional remote talent willing to travel).
• Fluency in English; additional European languages, especially Spanish, are an advantage.
• Interest in AI, automation, and innovative technologies that transform e-commerce operations

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
• Uncapped Commission: $35,000 – $45,000+ at plan (Total OTE: $100k–$120k+)
