Job Overview Systems Administrator Senior – TS/SCI required The role supports mission-critical IT systems for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. Responsibilities Perform system administration for desktop and server environments, including configuration and maintenance. Install, upgrade, and patch operating systems and application software on Windows and UNIX platforms. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Maintain system integrity and security through account monitoring, OS installation, and local area network administration. Provide support for the dispatch system and resolve hardware problems. Configure and manage network components, implementing OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Integrate new technologies and support transition/migration of corporate systems. Communicate status, escalation, and resolution details to agency management and internal customers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. 12+ years of related experience in IT system administration. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for IT systems. Excellent communication skills for providing detailed feedback to management and customers. Required Certifications DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II / 8140 baseline certification. Security+ or equivalent. MSCA 2016 and Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ104) – must obtain full AZ104 within 180 days of start. Clearance and Citizenship Must currently possess Top Secret/SCI clearance and be U.S. citizen. Employment Details Location: Fort Campbell, KY (USA). Weekly hours: 40. Travel: 10–25% required. Schedule: Onsite work.
