Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager: * Lead all core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management * Partner with leadership to support business objectives and workforce planning initiatives * Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity in key roles * Oversee recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies in a competitive labor market * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations * Drive HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization * Support leadership development and foster a positive, productive workplace culture Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager: * 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role * Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance * Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred * Bilingual in English and Spanish required * Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Compensation $120,000 - $150,000 base salary plus bonus potential #LI-LM1 #INJUL2026
