My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Jamestown, NC and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
- Auto insurance
- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dakota Andrews - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products and services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Provide quotes and policy options to clients, explaining the benefits and features of each.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
