ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks.


Some responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and ordering office supplies. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and have great time management skills.


Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to us!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling meetings and events
• Answer incoming calls
• Managing correspondence
• Making travel arrangements
• Assisting with special projects
• Purchasing and maintaining inventory of office supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving

Compensación: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
