Orthodontic Financial Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping patients navigate their orthodontic treatment? We're looking for an Orthodontic Finance Coordinator to join our Bentonville office team! This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth financial experience for our patients while working closely with our clinical and administrative teams. What You'll Do Verify orthodontic insurance benefits. Prepare patient contracts, payment plans, and financial arrangements. Submit insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and appeals. Process insurance payments, EOBs, and account reconciliations. Review patient balances and communicate financial responsibilities. Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Monitor outstanding insurance claims and follow up on delayed payments. Handle patient financial questions by phone, email, and in person. Maintain accurate financial records and reports. Assist with monthly account maintenance, refunds, and financial reporting. What We're Looking For Experience in dental or orthodontic insurance and billing preferred, but not required. Knowledge of Medicaid and private dental insurance verification. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Comfortable working with multiple software systems and insurance portals. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
