Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive evaluations, designing targeted intervention plans, collaborating with teachers and families, and helping students reach their fullest communicative potential. With a consistent weekday schedule and over 30 hours weekly, you’ll have the structure to truly connect with your caseload.

Qualifications:

• Current California licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working with K-12 students, including those with a range of speech and language needs
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students across grade levels
• Conduct evaluations, write IEP goals, and complete progress reports as needed
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards
• Support and educate teachers and caregivers on best practices for student communication
