About the Role:

Join Next Generation Roofing LLC as a Bookkeeper, where you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage our day-to-day financial transactions in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial statements.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Prepare and submit tax filings in a timely manner.

Collaborate with management to improve financial processes.

Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
