About Us: Lawn Doctor is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Our team is committed to providing high-quality lawn care services that keep our clients' lawns lush and healthy. Job Details:
- Position: Lawn Care Technician
- Status: Full-time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Saturday overtime offered during busy season)
- Location: Toms River, NJ

Key Responsibilities:
- Fertilize, aerate, and seed lawns using our specialized power equipment
- Perform shop work as needed
- Offer new services to customers
- Note: No mowing or landscaping required
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery and meet production goals
- Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and grow, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, arboriculture, painting, maintenance, or general labor is highly desirable.
