Crew Lead Sidewalk

Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc., a leader in landscaping and snow/ice management for, is seeking dedicated and skilled crew member for the upcoming 2026 snow season. The ideal candidates will ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations and de-icing services during winter weather for commercial properties only. This is an on-call, weather-dependent role that requires reliability, flexibility, and professionalism.

Duties

· Operate snow shovels, snowblowers and/or salting equipment safely and effectively.

· Lead a team of 1-3 people effectively

· Clear snow from sidewalks, city sidewalks, garage fronts for safe access.

· Apply Calcium Chloride as needed.

· Respond promptly to changing weather conditions.

· Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years of experience required

· Lead a crew 1-3 members

· Chaffers License

· Clean criminal background

· Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility

· Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

· Reliable transportation to/from work

· Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend work/Holidays

· Physically able to handle the workload in all types of weather and have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body (able to lift heavy without needing assistance – at least 50 lbs)

· Good communication skills

Compensation: $25-30 /hour (based on experience) Employment type: Part-time / Seasonal
