My client is a 100+ year-old, Boston-based construction manager with over $500M in annual revenue and a growing footprint in Healthcare, Academic, and Life Science construction. With major joint ventures underway, they are on track to exceed $750M in annual volume, supported by a team of roughly 210 professionals and continued strategic hiring.

Job Description

As a Healthcare Estimator, you will play a critical role in preconstruction and pursuit strategy, including:

• Preparing detailed conceptual through GMP estimates for healthcare projects
• Analyzing drawings, specifications, and scope documents for accuracy and risk
• Leading quantity takeoffs and subcontractor bid leveling
• Supporting pursuits for hospital, life science, pharmaceutical, and clean room work
• Collaborating with operations, preconstruction, and design partners
• Participating in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
• Assisting with bids across Massachusetts and expanding work in Southern & Central New Hampshire

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Estimator should have:

• 5-10+ years of estimating experience, preferably in healthcare construction
• Background with hospital, pharmaceutical, life science, clean room, or occupied projects
• Experience working for a reputable General Contractor or Construction Manager
• Strong technical estimating skill set with attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and P6 (or similar)
• Ability to collaborate across large, multi-disciplinary project teams
