What You'll Do

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, following up to ensure they're well taken care of
• Provide friendly, accurate assistanceanswering questions about insurance coverage, claims, billing, and more
• Generate leads, set appointments, and recommend insurance solutions tailored to each customer's needs

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in helping customers find the right insurance products
• Strong communication skillsboth listening and explaining clearly
• Self-motivated and proud of delivering accurate, timely work
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses (don't worry, we'll support you through this!)

You'll need to complete any required licensing and training, but we'll be here to support you all the way. State Farm agents are independent contractors and hire their own employees. Before becoming an agent, I gained invaluable experience working at the corporate office as an Agency Field Specialist, where I helped launch the company's internal sales and escalation teams. I also hold a securities license along with the prestigious CLU & ChFC designations, ensuring expert guidance for our clients.
