Salary : Starting at $110,000, based on experience + Commission + Annual Bonus Potential
Experience : 5 years of Sales experience, senior living experience preferred.
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends
Summary:
The Director of Sales & Marketing serves as the face of the community for prospective residents and families, leading the customer journey from first inquiry through move-in with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. This role is responsible for driving occupancy growth, delivering an exceptional family experience, and guiding prospective residents through one of life’s most important decisions with empathy, urgency, and service excellence. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a hospitality and healthcare environment, understands consultative selling, and is energized by building trust with families while achieving strong occupancy results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads all sales activities within the community to achieve or exceed occupancy, move-in, and revenue goals.
Builds meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and professional partners through thoughtful follow-up and personalized service.
Conducts discovery conversations, community tours, and presentations that effectively communicate
