Director of Sales

GENERAL PURPOSE:The Director of Sales & Marketing - Integration collaborates directly with the Vice President of Integrations to facilitate the seamless transition of newly acquired and developed senior living communities into the Vitality Living portfolio, drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness within the specified region, and support communities in achieving projected results.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to integrate acquisitions and new developments into the Vitality Living brand.Establish sales offices, initial collateral, signage, hiring processes, compensation plans, and phone number plans for new developments, ensuring readiness for sales operations.Create tailored strategic plans for each community, informed by thorough analysis of metrics, market trends, and community needs.Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and collective targets during the integration process.Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and demographic factors influencing the senior living industry in the region during integration.Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure consistent and effective integration of the Vitality Living brand within each community, emphasizing unique features and benefits.Implement and oversee sales processes during the integration phase, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to move-in.Monitor and drive sales performance metrics in line with proforma budget expectations.Cultivate strong relationships with local influencers, referral sources, and community partners to enhance lead generation and community awareness during integration.Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities during the integration process, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.Facilitate initial and ongoing training and sales playbook expectations for the sales team during the integration phase, including education on sales systems and tools.Collaborate with operational teams to support communities in achieving proforma projections, ensuring alignment with budgeted financial performance and business objectives.Engage in both virtual and in-person interactions, including site visits, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and support for newly acquired and developed communities.Collaborate with regional and community operations teams to identify and address any barriers to achieving sales goals, focusing on creative solutions rather than operational adjustments.Perform other duties as assigned.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in senior living sales and marketing, with a focus on integration of newly acquired or developed communities.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.High technical aptitude and ability to deliver effective training in a way that is easily understood and retained.Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:Physical Demands include Standing, Walking, Sitting, Bending, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling, Climbing Stairs, Grasping, Manual Dexterity, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Vision Acuity, Talking, Hearing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
