About the Position
We are looking for an Outpatient Program Manager to join our team On-Site in Medford, OR ! The Outpatient Program Manager provides vital administrative support to the outpatient clinic and collaborates closely with the management team to support daily operations within an integrated team-based care model. In this role, you will adopt and manage structured administrative practices that support overall clinic workflows, policy compliance, and data tracking. Working alongside clinical leadership, you will assist in coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring the team has the operational tools they need. You will also collaborate with management to ensure administrative compliance with OAR standards and clinic policies.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You'll Make
$84,000 - $90,000 per year DOE/Credentials Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

ColumbiaCare Outpatient Services offers friendly, professional, and integrated behavioral health services in Southern Oregon's Jackson County! Our skilled team of staff provides comprehensive services to meet the needs of Jackson Care Connect and AllCare members as they pursue a healthier and happier future. For the convenience of our clients, we offer regular outpatient clinic hours in two locations, and both our Central Clinic and Downtown Clinic offer same-day, walk-in intakes to establish care.

What You'll Need
Eligibility requires:
* Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
* Must meet QMHP requirements.
* Experience working with adult, youth, and family services preferred.
If you have not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within the first week of employment.
Must also have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Compensation details: Yearly Salary
