As part of a geographically dispersed team, you will support in the provision of property portfolio management, promoting and implementing best practice across a mix of owned properties and leased premises for our Commonwealth ClientsA Property Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of properties, handling various aspects including inspections, compliance, asset management, financial responsibilities, and client relationships, while collaborating with a broader team to deliver comprehensive real estate management services for Commonwealth clients.Key Responsibilities include:Support in the delivery of Real Estate Management services and functions to the client property portfolio including:Manage a defined portfolio of sites which includes (but is not limited to):Property On’s and Off’sProperty InspectionsFinance and budgetsBuilding/Statutory ComplianceAsset ManagementCritical Dates ManagementRent Roll ManagementAssistance and support with the development of client Property Management PlansKey Relationship ManagementManagement of escalations and complaints Monthly/Annual reporting requirementsSounds like you?
