Perfumania seeks a Real Estate Accountant to own lease administration and lease accounting for Obsession Holdings across ~270 retail locations and the corporate office. This role oversees Tango as system owner, ensures data integrity, processes rent and percentage rent, and coordinates with auditors on ASC 842 guidance.
