Lease Accountant

Sanitas, a global healthcare organization, seeks a Fixed Asset, Lease Accountant in the Miami Dade area for on-site work. This cross-company role handles fixed asset accounting, lease accounting (ASC 842), vendor creation and maintenance, and related accounting activities across all entities. You will ensure GAAP compliance, perform depreciation calculations, manage CIP balances, and coordinate with teams for asset capitalization and lease terminations, while supporting controls and audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
