Quick Facts Location: Lexington, KY Start Date: 05/18/2026 End Date: 08/17/2026 Shift: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, 4x10-hour shifts (preference for 4x10 schedule, flexible to other full-time schedules) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract, 13 weeks License/Certs: KY State License (willing to license), NBCRNA Board Certification Experience: Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience (NO NEW GRADS) Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $226.20 Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages and weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement when applicable Robust referral bonus program Holiday pay at 1.5x for certain holidays What You ll Do Support anesthesia delivery in a Level 1 Trauma Center across various departments including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (No Heart or OB) Work under the direction of anesthesiologists and with anesthesia techs and staff Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial lines, and general line placement Cover a flexible schedule, working full-time (4x10 shifts preferred), ensuring coverage at least 4 weeks per month Maintain patient safety and comfort during anesthesia administration to patients of all ages (excluding neonates) Collaborate with a team including residents and attendings for optimal patient outcomes What You Need Valid KY State license (or willingness to license) NBCRNA certification (Board Certified) At least 1 year of CRNA experience (no new graduates) Skills in intubation, line placement, arterial line insertion, and related anesthesia procedures Ability to work a consistent schedule with flexibility for full-time 4x10 shifts About the Assignment Join a dynamic team providing anesthesia services in a busy trauma center. The CRNA will support multiple departments, delivering safe and effective anesthesia care for a broad patient demographic.
