Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday (some procedures may run through 4:30 PM EST)

Key Responsibilities of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist

• Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision and clinical expertise
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety
• Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radio pharmacy operations
• Manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system and ensure compliance with all standards
• Partner with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and colleagues to implement new technologies and enhance protocols

Requirements of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist

• 2 years of Nuclear Med experience
• 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
• NYS Rad Tech License
• NMTCB or ARRT(N) Certification
• CT certification to perform CT scans
