Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy, under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, perform basic assessments, record vital signs, and document in the electronic medical record.
• Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility assistance, and comfort measures.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and routine procedures as directed by licensed staff.
• Observe for adverse changes in condition, report findings promptly to the supervising nurse, and respond to call lights and emergencies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and support a safe, respectful resident environment.

Requirements

• Availability for an 8-week travel assignment beginning 06/01/2026.
• Must be able to work the 3x12-hour night shift schedule (19:00–07:30).
• Guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
• Experience or comfort with long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
• Ability to follow established policies, documentation standards, and resident safety protocols.
