Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals tailored to each client.

• Collaboratively engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention and utilize risk assessment techniques for clients in urgent need of support.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation according to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
