The Muscle Care Orthopedic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Bridgeton, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient clinic, where our collaborative team includes two skilled physical therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address individual patient goals and requirements, developing personalized care plans accordingly.
• Handle a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring dedicated time for each individual's therapy needs.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based treatment interventions that focus on enhancing range of motion, strength, and functional mobility.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs that consider patients' lifestyles and rehabilitation goals.
• Educate and motivate patients about their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take control of their health and well-being.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate and maximize patient care.
• Document all patient care activities meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records in line with clinic protocols and compliance guidelines.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes consistently, adjusting care plans as necessary based on progress monitoring.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Maintains a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions affecting licensure.
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques and their application to patient care.
• Demonstrated skills in creating effective exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, showcasing a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Proficient in evidence-based practice methodologies that inform treatment decisions and improve patient safety and satisfaction.
• Ability to foster positive patient relationships and engage them effectively throughout their recovery journey.

Compensation and Benefits

The Muscle Care Orthopedic Clinic offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
