Mobility Project Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our Vineland, New Jersey rehabilitation facility. Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Vineland, New Jersey. The therapist will work within a collaborative environment, supported by a team of healthcare professionals who share a common goal: to enhance the quality of life for our patients. The typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured workweek that emphasizes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to identify patients' physical goals and limitations.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques, focusing on manual therapy and exercise protocols.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment tailored to individual patient needs, addressing issues such as pain management, mobility enhancement, and rehabilitation post-injury or surgery.
• Monitor patient progress consistently, adapting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in frequent collaboration with other healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices aimed at recovery and prevention.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment modifications in line with regulatory compliance and best practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on patients suffering from orthopedic issues including but not limited to sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, and joint pain. The therapist will work with a diverse range of individuals, from active athletes to older adults, each presenting unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. Our holistic approach ensures that all patients feel respected, empowered, and understood throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating compliance with licensing requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• A clean professional record, free from board or disciplinary actions, reinforcing commitment to professional ethics.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid background in developing customized exercise regimens.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized modalities and advanced manual therapy techniques that enhance recovery.
• Proficiency in the use of electrotherapy and therapeutic ultrasound to improve patient outcomes.
• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team will be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary of USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with potential performance-based bonuses.
