Work Environment

The role is based onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, where our interdisciplinary team collaborates to provide the best care possible for our patients. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, presenting a well-structured work schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, using industry-standard assessment tools and protocols.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, taking into account their unique circumstances and goals.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic techniques, including joint mobilization, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercises to promote pain relief and restore functionality.
• Educate patients on body mechanics, posture, and preventative techniques to help them maintain their physical health and prevent future injuries.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans based on observed progress and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, aligning treatment strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment interventions and outcomes consistent with best practices in healthcare documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapist will engage with a diverse patient population that includes athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-operative patients seeking rehabilitation, and individuals dealing with chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
