This position is situated in our state-of-the-art outpatient office located in Monroeville, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical function and mobility.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized orthopedic techniques.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families, providing guidance on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners to create a cohesive approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of treatment are integrated.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals undergoing rehabilitation from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in orthopedic, geriatric, acute care, or outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
