Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative Southern National Roofing is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work out of our Charlotte call center. This is a phone-based role supporting our outside sales teams by engaging homeowners, handling inbound and outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments. Remote or hybrid work is not available. 40 hours per week Shifts scheduled between: Monday-Friday: 9:00am 9:00pm Saturday: 8:30am 5:00pm No Sundays Compensation $30,000 – $75,000 per year Paid as an hourly rate plus commission Strong performers typically land in the $50,000–$75,000 range once established What You'll Do Handle inbound calls from homeowners and internal marketing teams Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects in our database Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team Promote Southern National's roofing solutions and customer experience Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM Participate in ongoing training and team meetings If you like talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a role where effort actually shows up in your paycheck this is worth your time.
