Inventory Control Coordinator

This position is responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory operations, including cycle counting, audits, and inventory accuracy. Handles inbound shipments (UPS/FedEx), RMA processing in NetSuite, and customer sample management while coordinating closely with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, and warehouse teams. Ensures compliance with ISO procedures, resolves inventory discrepancies, maintains production area parts inventory, and supports daily operational needs such as printing sales orders and completing special projects. Key Responsibilities Perform daily and weekly inventory cycle counts Maintain weekly warehouse row audits Receive UPS and FedEx shipments RMA receiving and processing in NetSuite Receive customer samples Communicate with other departments regarding RMAs and samples Work with Engineering, Quality Control, and Product Management relative to samples and RMAs Interact with Warehouse Leads and Inventory Control regarding inventory issues such as missing items, incorrect quantities and other inventory-related problems Maintain parts inventory located in the production area Ensure ISO procedures are followed correctly Handle special projects as needed Identify and correct inventory issues Print early‑morning sales orders for warehouse inventory pickers Benefits Competitive wages Flexible hours Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) Profit sharing plan STD, LTD and life insurance Generous PTO policy and paid holidays Work Location Position works out of headquarters located in Waukegan, IL USA Requirements 2 years Inventory Control experience Email and phone skills Some college preferred Forklift experience preferred NetSuite experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr PEER Chain & Sprockets
