Essential Physical and Mental Functions Be able to sit for long periods of time and walk short distances. Must be able to work with 2-way radios. Work with multiple screens and programs and be able to switch between them with ease. Be able to de-escalate situations. Must be able to handle stressful situations. Must be able to handle the pressure of working with a high volume of calls. Read, understand, and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing. Constant mental alertness and attention to detail are required while setting priorities and following up on assignments. Must possess strong, effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Must always be able to provide and maintain a professional level of customer service. - Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines. Must be able to frequently prepare reports and logs; required computer skills. Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
