Program Support Assistant

Program Support Assistant
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Enters and tracks non-equipment IT service requests.
- Troubleshoots staff IT, space, and equipment issues and acts as liaison between program staff and MHSL Logistical Coordinator. Enters electronic work requests.
- Provides advice to the Administrative Officer or other appropriate program managers on the improvement of work results.
- Uses judgment in interpreting and adapting guidelines for application to specific work problems.
- Gathers information to analyze and evaluate current management and organizational practices to determine the most efficient way.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
