A warm, active West Newton family of 5 is seeking an organized, proactive House Manager & Family Assistant to bring structure and calm to their busy home. Location: West Newton, MA (02465) Schedule: M–Th 11am–6pm, Fri 11am–4pm (30–35 hrs/wk, flexible) Pay: $40–$45/hr | Start: ASAP Key Duties: Assist with PCA schedule coordination & medical supplies for child with care needs Weekly meal planning, grocery shopping & food prep Calendar management, travel logistics, vendor oversight & errands Home organization, dog walking & vehicle upkeep Requirements: Clean driving record/reliable car, smoke‑free, comfortable with dogs & authorized to work in the US.
