Business Operations & Reporting Coordinator

Position: Business Operations & Reporting Coordinator Location: Cincinnati, OH Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary Collaborate with the Finance and Facility Manager to support daily operations of all organizational facilities, serving as liaison between facility Office Administrators and the Central Administration Operations team. Collect, analyze, and maintain operational, facilities, and financial data to support informed decision‑making, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) metrics related to facilities, operations, and organizational performance. Monitor and track facility expenditures, vendor performance, and operational trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Assist with vendor invoice processing, bill payment, budget tracking, audit preparation, and other finance-related projects as assigned. Maintain tracking systems for contracts, work orders, facility projects, and operational initiatives to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation. Assist in gathering, compiling, and validating data for regulatory requirements, audits, and organizational reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc reports and presentations for leadership, including operational summaries and performance metrics. Maintain organizational databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of data and records. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives through accurate data collection, record maintenance, process documentation, and outcome tracking. Support accreditation, compliance, and audit activities through data collection, documentation management, and report preparation. Respond to ad‑hoc data requests and perform operational analyses to support organizational initiatives and leadership decision‑making. Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, report processes, and workflow documentation to promote consistency and operational effectiveness. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2‑4 years of experience in the non‑profit, behavioral health, or healthcare sector preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Exemplary organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Competitive salary with annual increases based on merit/performance.
