About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its AI Research Lab, a pivotal role in the launch of new, high-impact technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be an exceptional operator and builder, with a focus on leading and executing core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains. This includes the responsibility of translating high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production. The role demands a high-agency builder mindset, with a proven track record of domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in architecting scalable solutions and driving critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company's AI Research Lab should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and be prepared to work in a high-growth environment with a focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. The role offers maximum ownership, with complete autonomy to architect systems, drive strategy, and build without corporate red tape. The Chief of Staff will be part of an elite team, reporting directly to the department founder and collaborating with a world-class group of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.
